The hotel was chosen for the location near Haneda Airport. In effect is a very near a metro station

We didn't had breakfast

We arrived at the hotel at 1PM, the check in time was from 3pm. The reception asked to charge some money for an early check in ( 2000 yen). We declined the offer and just left the luggages in the hall.

Location near Kamata station, well laid out room, and use of open seating area were fantastic!

Very pleasantly surprised by this very cute boutique hotel. Staff were friendly and kind. There is a nice, large open room with tables and wif-fi for guests to use, and several guests were eating and working in this space. Free water and tea served throughout day/night in this space. Room was small, but very well laid-out which made for efficient use of space for 2 in room. Location to Kamata train station was terrific..down a short street to the neighborhood 7-11, up an escaltor to station breezeway. Only a 3 minute walk to station from hotel! Definitely would stay here again!

Tricky to find, especially in the dark! Google maps was very confusing and could not locate hotel as it is across a busy freeway next to station. Once location is found, route to station is very close and easy to navigate.

Not a large hotel or rooms but pretty well designed, done up and clean. Great location and value for money. Will like to come back for our next stays

Extremely clean, lounge with free drinks, close to 7/11 and train station (under 3 mins)

Honestly shocked at the value this place provided. It was incredibly clean. A lot of amenities provided by the usual (lounge, free drinks). Extremely close to a 7/11 and train station. Also very close to Haneda Airport. Very very clean for how large of a hotel it is. Staff was friendly, helpful, informative.

I honestly have no qualms about this place.

The room and all facilities are new. Everything looks like you're the first-hand user.

The staff looks quite confused about everything we asked and it took a lot of time to check-in. We booked for 2 ppl stay but the towels and bathroom amenities were prepared for only one person.

Great

Easy access to rail network for Haneda airport and Tokyo. Nice food. Great coffee. Clean and well maintained. Nice usable space for working downstairs.

Strange (but very tasty) breakfast eg sausages but no eggs and bacon. Croissants but no butter and jam, a toaster but no bread. I had plenty of nice food, it just seemed incomplete.

1) Convenient location. It is close to the train station and Hanada airport 2) We used the luggage forwarding service from Kusatsu to this hotel. Everything went smoothly. 3) Staff is friendly and helpful

Clean, close to the railway station , stores close bye,7-Eleven, staff was friendly and helpful.

We had to buy the breakfast which was not included in our reservation. The breakfast was good the usual buffet serving. There was eggs, bread, sausage over hot plates. cereal, fruit and drinks. The hotel is 5 minutes walking from train station. But, it takes about 45 minutes to get to central Tokyo. We didn’t mind that. Air conditioning was very good and quiet. But we went early October so it wasn’t real hot and humid. The staff was helpful, friendly and most of them spoke or could understand English. The staff also let us keep our luggage in their security area so that we could check in and go out for some lunch or shopping. Make sure your arrival is at 3 PM for check-in. The management is very strict and adamant about letting rooms out earlier than 3 PM. So if you’re arriving earlier, give them a call and make arrangements to have them secure your luggage in a safe area at the hotel. Security for the elevators was you needed a room key to go up. The laundry room had two machines that were very clean. They had vending machines for drinks and snacks. Our room had a small safe for your valuables. The train station building had two nice grocery markets and eating areas. Right outside of the station there was a busy street that had restaurants and small eateries for about 100 yards down the street and they were reasonable in price. My wife and I weren’t looking for a $300 or $500 hotel rooms. I think we did good for being our first trip to Japan without a tour and at prime age of 70 years old, I think we did good.

The room was small. No closet, no tables, or shelves. The TV was Apple app, so you had to pay. Regular tv channels were in Japanese.The hotel is basically a business man’s or business lady’s rooms. The decor is very simple and nothing fancy but the place was clean. Housecleaning associates would leave their huge supply carts in our hallway so it did look kind of messy. The hallway rug needed to be clean on our floor.

nice hotel with nice staff

we booked this hotel to be near Haneda but it was rather far from the airport. We had to pay around 20 euro to get to the hotel and 20 euro to get back to the airport the next day, so if you want to spend a night near the airport choose another hotel even if you have to pay more you will be faster in your room to rest. The hotel was very much nice though, ok size amenities. -free coffee, tea and other beverages at the lobby . -friendly staff -there is a supermarket 2 minutes from the hotel -breakfast was also nice, Japanese but still nice with items to choose from.

A bit far from the airport but this is not the hotels fault, I had to do my research better ;-)

Convenient and economical for flight connectors though Haneda airport

The strength lays on its price. Compared to most other hotels nearby Haneda airport, this one is probably the cheapest for travelers merely utilize for flight connection. There's a direct train to Haneda airport which takes about 10 minutes to the airport.

The breakfast is lousy and it is not included, which means you have to pay out of pocket for a meal with low quality. I'd rather grab a bite from the family mart stall nearby.

Comfortable, close to the airport

I stayed here for a single night because I had an early morning flight and it is very close to Haneda Airport. No problems with the transfer to the airport by the Keikyū Airport Line. The staff were very helpful, and I was impressed by the 24-hour reception (they also have automatic check-out machines). It would also work really well as a base to explore Tokyo if you're arriving into the city late.

I made the mistake of going to Kamata Station rather than Keikyu-Kamata Station - which was a 15 minute walk away, but through a nice area. There's a kettle in the room, but no coffee/tea bags. A proper chair and desk rather than a stool and fold-out table would have been nice. It was twice the cost of the hotel that I was previously staying in on the outskirts of Tokyo, but it was a more comfortable hotel.
